Kristina Rigby is our newest addition to the YEA Board. She is a tax analyst with a B.S. in Accounting who specializes in indirect taxes, supporting the tax department of a multinational fintech company. She brings over seven years of experience in the finance sector and to YEA and has been a resident of Broward County for the past eight years, where the vibrancy, resilience, and ingenuity of local youth have inspired her to give back in meaningful ways. Kristina is committed to service and regularly donates her tax expertise to new organizations and individuals who need a little extra support.

Beyond her career, Kristina is a self-described “certified basketball mom” and a passionate advocate for youth engagement and education. Raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands—where she spent countless hours exploring nature and where hands-on environmental science and preservation were woven into her school curriculum—she experienced firsthand how early exposure to environmental awareness can shape lifelong values. Through mentorship in her community, Kristina encourages young people to discover their passions, explore their potential, and grow into conscious, inspired adults.
